Getting Healthy: Expectation VS Reality

Who can relate?

Expectation: I’m going to drink green juice every morning.

Reality: This literally tastes like grass and costs me $5.

Expectation: I’m going to spend an hour at the gym three times a week.

Reality: I’m exhausted from all the meetings. Let’s just skip it today.

Expectation: I’m going to eat a big ass salad for lunch starts from tomorrow.

Reality: I’m hungry like hell, and salad can’t fill me up.

Expectation: Morning meditation is good for my body and mind.

Reality: Let’s just snooze for another 15 minutes.

Expectation: I’m going to walk to the local mart, which is 15 minutes from my house.

Reality: It seems like raining soon. I’d better drive.

Expectation: Reducing blue light at least 30 minutes before bedtime can help in improving sleep quality.

Reality: Let me just finish watching another episode of The Real Housewives.

Expectation: Spending an hour alone in the morning gives me a chance to think and breathe without distractions.

Reality: I’m late to work!!!
